I sort of did practically nothing during the holidays, so now that school is starting, I will completely blow everyone away. Including myself. ‘How will she do that?’, you might ask. Well, by sticking to the planning that I made last night. I wrote down EVERYTHING, including when to get up, get dressed, eat, sleep (at ten every night, promiss!) and exercise. I’m especially proud of that last bit, as I will have some sort of workout every day but Thursday. - Monday: Gym-time - Tuesday: Helping build my new home - Wednesday: Hitting the gym BEFORE I have to go to school - Thursday: Too busy doing everything I have to do - Friday: Another batch of pre-school gym-hitting.
Will I be able to stick to this? Yes I will. Why? Because I’m getting sick of dropping to 69 kg only to get back to 70+ again. Jojo GAWSH.
